Taco
Your choice of meat on a corn tortilla topped with onions and cilantro with radishes, lime and a grilled onion and jalapeño on the side. Your choice of salsa on the side. Optional upgrades include flour tortilla, cheese (mozz or fresco), sour cream, avocado, pico de gallo, or lettuce.
Veggie Taco
Fresh grilled cactus in a corn tortilla topped with queso fresco and your choice of pico de gallo, avocado, cilantro and onion mix, or ranchero salsa.
El Primo Taco
2 tortillas folded together and filled with asada, potatoes, charro beans, el primo salsa, and cilantro and onion mix.
Birria Tacos
3 Birria tacos, each made with 2 corn tortillas with melted oaxaca cheese in the middle, then topped with birria meat (goat and beef slow cooked in special seasoning), folded, brushed with the meat consomé and topped with queso fresco. Served with a side of consomé broth, topped with onion and cilantro mix, for dipping.
Quesadilla
10 inch flour tortilla filled with your choice of meat, mixed cheese, grilled onions, and grilled bell peppers. A side salad of romaine, mixed cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo.
Quesa Birria
A 10 inch flour tortilla filled with oaxaca cheese and birria meat. Served with a side of the consomé broth for dipping and a side salad of romaine, mixed cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo.
Shrimp Quesadilla

Wings

A giant 20 inch homemade tortilla filled with oaxaca cheese, your choice of up to 4 meats, and grilled onions. Two side salads with romaine lettuce topped with mixed cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo.
Chalupas
4 flat top fried corn tortillas topped with potatoes, shredded roast chicken, golden salsa, lettuce, and queso fresco.
Chicken Enchiladas
4 corn tortillas filled with shredded roast chicken. This is topped with salsa verde, cilantro and onion mix, queso fresco, and drizzled with sour cream. It comes with a side of Mexican rice and refried beans.
Burrito El Gringo
Choice of meat. Top cover with Queso dip and pico. Come with side salad.
Burrito
12 inch flour tortilla filled with your choice of meat, mixed cheese, homemade refried beans, mexican rice, and lettuce. A side salad of romaine, mixed cheese, sour cream and pico de gallo.
Burrito El Primo
A burrito filled with Mexican rice, refried beans, mixed cheddar cheese, and lettuce. Topped with salsa verde, red salsa, and cheese dip. Served with a side salad, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheese, and your choice of dressing.
Flautas
4 corn tortillas filled with shredded roast chicken and potatoes, then rolled and fried on the flat top to a crispy finish. Topped with lettuce, queso fresco, sour cream drizzle, and golden salsa.
Mexican Flautas
6 corn tortillas, overlapped to form 3 extra long flautas, filled with shredded roast chicken and potatoes, then rolled and fried on the flat top to a crispy finish. Topped with lettuce, queso fresco, sour cream drizzle, and golden salsa.
Fajitas Shrimp, Steak & Chicken
All fajitas come with bell peppers, grilled onions, and sliced tomatoes. Served with a side salad with cheese, sour cream, and pico de gallo, slices of lime, rice, refried beans, and tortillas.
Fajitas El Primo
Comes with shrimp, steak, and chicken. Fajitas Flame: comes with three meats, covered with Mexican Oaxaca cheese.
Fajitas Chicken Steak
Classic fajitas with chicken and steak, served with bell peppers, grilled onions, sliced tomatoes, rice, refried beans, and tortillas.
Lauren Grilled Salad
Choice of meat: grilled chicken, fried tenders, or steak. Romaine lettuce, mixed cheese, tomato, croutons, cucumber, avocado, bacon bits, and boiled egg. Choice of dressing.
Caesar Salad
Romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Choice of meat: grilled chicken or fried tenders.
Guacamole
Made fresh for each order. Diced avocado, tomato, onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Served with a side of chips and queso.
Queso
Melted cheese with tomato, onion, cilantro and jalapeño mixed in and topped with a scoop of our homemade pico de gallo.
Spicy Mexican Guacamole
Pork skins (chicharrón) served with 6 tortillas.
Nachos El Guapo
Choice of meat. Layer of refried beans, covered with queso dip, lettuce, fresh cheese, pico de gallo, and drizzled with sour cream.
Sopes
3 homemade sopes (thick tortillas with a raised lip to hold all the goodness on top) topped with homemade refried beans, your choice of meat, lettuce, queso fresco, and a slice of avocado. Your choice of salsa on the side.
Gorditas
2 homemade gorditas, thick corn tortillas sliced like a pocket and filled with refried beans, your choice of meat, cilantro and onion mix, and topped with queso fresco.
Torta
Special handmade bread, toasted on the flat top and filled with refried beans, your choice of meat, mixed cheese, lettuce, fresh sliced onion, tomato, golden salsa, queso fresco, sliced avocado, and chipotle mayo. Side of jalapeños in vinegar. Also comes as a Mega, for 2.
Pambazo
Special handmade bread brushed with a special red sauce, toasted on the flat top and filled with refried beans, Mexican chorizo with potatoes, lettuce, golden salsa, queso fresco, and sour cream drizzle. Side of jalapeños in vinegar. Also comes as a Mega, for 2.
Cubana
Special handmade bread, toasted on the flat top and filled with refried beans, steak with golden salsa, chorizo, scrambled eggs, hot dog sausage, 2 slices of ham filled with oaxaca cheese in the middle and filled with lettuce, fresh sliced onion, fresh sliced tomato, avocado, and chipotle mayo. Side of jalapeños in vinegar. Also comes as a Mega, for 2.
Each Chef Special comes with 5 tortillas, a side of rice and beans.
